A temperature-sensitive control board that keeps the temperature below or above a certain specific value under normal working conditions. It can also have devices set by the user.

In terms of functionality, the thermostat generally stops the device when an abnormal condition is detected, so its usage frequency is usually not high.

1. Rated voltage: The thermostat is the main power circuit switch in household water heaters and is the largest current-carrying component in household water heaters. If its rated voltage is lower than that of the electric heater, it can easily lead to contact point damage during operation, such as: contact points failing to close or break, overheating due to incorrect operation, or even the thermostat itself cracking.

2. Action temperature: The so-called action temperature is the temperature at the temperature sensor cap when the thermostat acts to disconnect the power supply. The selection of this action temperature point is very critical; if set too high, it will not achieve the protective effect, and if set too low, it can easily lead to incorrect operation, causing trouble in use.

3. Circuit resistance: The circuit resistance of the thermostat is an inherent characteristic of electrical switch components. The greater the circuit resistance, the greater the heat generated by the current. When the heat reaches a certain value, it can easily cause the thermostat to act or contact point damage.

The refrigerator thermostat causes a physical change of thermal expansion and contraction (change in steam parameter volume) in the steam parameters within the temperature sensor part when the temperature of the refrigerator changes, causing the connected diaphragm to expand or contract.

The thermostat uses leverage to push the switch to turn on, achieving the goal of temperature control. If it is a WG series liquid expansion temperature controller, it also has characteristics such as temperature control, stability, small temperature difference for on/off, and a large range of temperature control adjustments, as well as high load current.
